This policy describes what happens to your data when you visit getunitivo.com and when you send us the demo booking form. The UNITIVO assistant embedded on developers' websites works under separate rules: there, the developer is the controller of client data, and we process it on their behalf under a data processing agreement.

Who is the data controller

Providing data in the form is voluntary. However, without your name, company name and email address we will not be able to contact you.

How long we keep your data

  • Demo form submissions: 36 months from the last contact. If you withdraw consent earlier, we will delete them sooner, unless they are needed to defend against claims.
  • Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we will ask again.
  • Analytics data in Google Analytics: in line with the period set in the service, no longer than 14 months.
  • Technical data in server logs: only as long as needed to diagnose errors and protect the site.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We use service providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • OVHcloud: the server that runs the site and stores submissions (data centre in Warsaw).
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): sending emails, Frankfurt region.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery network, protection of the site against attacks, and backup storage (backups stored under European Union jurisdiction).
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads): only if you consent to analytics or marketing.

Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services and Google are companies with corporate groups in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the EEA. Each of them participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and additionally applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

We always save necessary cookies, as the site would not work correctly without them. We save analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. Without consent, Google scripts do not load at all. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

Your rights

  • Access to your data and receiving a copy of it.
  • Rectification of data that is inaccurate.
  • Erasure of data or restriction of its processing.
  • Portability of the data you provided to us.
  • Objection to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change concerns cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
